Chauffeurs
We maintain a high level of accountability for our team of professional chauffeurs. Our chauffeurs average over ten years of industry experience and are passionate about providing the highest level of service to our clients. Our travel experts will manage and oversee each important detail of your itinerary. Plus, if you need advice on discovering Chicago, trust our chauffeurs to make it their business to know points of interest, where to dine, shop, and explore evening entertainment. We inspire our chauffeurs to go beyond expected standards and provide individual touches that surprise and delight our travelers.
Chauffeurs are carefully screened and receive ongoing professional training throughout their career. Before joining the team, we conduct background checks and every chauffeur is required to successfully complete a comprehensive training course. The course includes safe driving techniques, pre-trip inspections, hospitality and emergency procedures. We examine motor vehicle record reports, and have mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
Technology
Grid Transportation invests in the latest technologies to continuously improve our clients’ experience. Clients can utilize our online web portal to manage their profile, create and edit reservations and obtain receipts. In addition, we also employ the latest software for real time GPS vehicle tracking, live traffic patterns and up-to-the minute flight status monitoring.
